本日は性能向上リフォーム「発寒の家Ⅲ」の気密測定でした。結果から言えばC値0.2㎠/㎡。もちろん熟練の飛栄建設さんの大工さんのお手柄が大きいんですけど、この現場で初めて壁毎に異なる断熱材を用いたことも。その理由は簡単で隣地間離れの厳しい北面と西面は厚み当たりの性能の高いウレタン(A1H)を壁内に吹付て、付加断熱厚みを最小にしつつ所定の性能を満たし、残る方角の壁面は通常の105mm断熱材充填+付加断熱120mmとしたから。通常の新築では方位別の断熱仕様なんて変えないので貴重な経験になりました。でもこのウレタン吹付。確かに気密は出るなあ~と感じました。1回目の測定でこの数値・・今後も性能向上改修では活躍しそうです。みなさん本当にごくろうさまです。
Today we measured the airtightness of the performance improvement renovation "Hatsu no Ie III". From the results, the C value is 0.2㎠/㎡. The reason for this is simple: on the north and west sides, where the distance between neighboring properties is severe, urethane (A1H), which has high performance per thickness, is sprayed into the walls to minimize the additional insulation thickness and meet the specified performance, and on the remaining walls, Because it was filled with regular 105mm insulation material + 120mm additional insulation. This was a valuable experience because in normal new construction, the insulation specifications for each direction do not change. But this urethane spraying. I definitely felt that it was airtight. This is the number from the first measurement...It seems that it will be useful in future performance improvement renovations. I am truly grateful to all of you.
左側が南の壁面で105mmGW充填、右側がウレタン吹付。ウレタンのスキン層は削るので念のため防湿シートは双方とも設置します。
